Labor Charges
Labor Charges Billed out at Rate of $75.00 per hour. Waiting time, work on equipment other than YMH, Buried Utility Lines, Additional Water System Hookups, Electrical Problems, Infield winterizing and Infield service.
Field Service Charges
Any service needed for the mobile home or other equipment while on location, such as doors pried open, broken windows, excessive dirtiness, equipment breakdown due to generator surges, vandalism or stolen goods will be billed out at an hourly rate of $75.00/hour plus replacement costs. Any appliances including refrigerated air, furnace, and microwave, that malfunction while on location will have a cost to repair in the field. Due to voltage surges from the rig generator, these units will malfunction. Water pumps, heat lamps, heat tapes and all equipment powered by electricity will also be effected by low voltage. Field service charges are usually low. Filed service will be billed at a lower rate than normal to try and curve our customer cost. We appreciate your business.
Scheduling Deliveries
We would appreciate it if you can let us know in advance if possible. This will insure the job being completed when you need it.
