Amanda manages accounts receivable and oilfield rental. Her logistics and dispatch expertise with a Fortune 500 company in Illinois parallels her responsibilities with Young's. With her optimistic attitude and constructive thinking, she has accepted the challenge of "jumping in" and taking control.

Susan Rogers
Director of City Sales Marketing & Outreach

Rogers started her career at Young’s Homes and now returns to share her extensive retail experience and knowledge. She most recently served as a retail manager for Nordstrom’s Department Store at the Park Meadows Mall in Denver, CO. “Susan is a natural at sales and customer service,” said Daniel Johncox, owner and operating manager of Young’s. Rogers’ emphasis will be on sales of oilfield temporary housing, mobile office units, fresh water systems and related services as well as sales of manufactured homes. Rudy Leyva
Oilfield Services Manager

Rudy is a native New Mexican having been born and raised in Roswell. Now living in Seminole, he is fluent in English and Spanish and has advanced quickly in his career.  He started at Young's as a driver and recently advanced into the oilfield service manager's position.  Behind Rudy's calm demeanor is a qualified individual who can get your job done professionally and promptly.
